How do I book directly?
- Choose your home and review its bedrooms, stairs, parking and pet arrangements.
- Select your dates and everyone staying. Tell us about pets and any special arrangements.
- Review the full quote, taxes, fees, payment due dates and cancellation terms before completing checkout.
- Review your confirmation and arrival instructions. We’re here if you need help.
What time are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM at all three homes. Checkout is at 11 AM at Dancing Bear in Gatlinburg and 10 AM at Beachside Bliss in Destin and SeaHorsin Around in Crystal Beach, Texas. All times are local to the home.
Can we arrive early or leave later?
Ask us and we’ll do our best to help. Early arrival and late checkout are handled case by case around cleaning, maintenance and other guests. When we can accommodate a request, there’s no extra charge. Please wait for our confirmation before adjusting your plans.
Can we bring a pet?
Yes. Please tell us about your pet when booking. A single $150 pet fee covers one approved pet and the additional sanitation and cleaning after your stay. More than one pet requires our express permission. Pets must be house-trained and kept off furniture. Please pick up after them and let us know promptly about any accident or damage so we can work with you to put it right.
A pet-friendly home doesn’t mean every local beach or attraction allows pets. Check the destination guide and the rules for each outing.
Is there a damage deposit or card hold?
No. We don’t require a separate damage deposit or place a security hold on your card. Your booking quote shows the rental price, taxes and applicable fees, including the pet fee if you’re bringing a pet.
When do I pay, and what if I need to cancel?
Review the payment schedule and cancellation terms shown in your quote before booking. For an existing reservation, refer to the terms accepted with that booking. If anything is unclear, contact us before confirming your stay.
What is the minimum booking age? Are parties allowed?
The primary renter must be at least 24 years old. Parties are not permitted.
Can I book one night or arrive the same day?
Yes. One-night stays and same-day bookings are welcome when the home is available. Check your dates online, or contact us if you need help arranging a last-minute stay.
Who do we contact during our stay?
You’ll speak directly with us, the owners. You can contact us day or night with questions or issues. For an emergency requiring police, fire or medical assistance, call 911 first.
What should we pack?
We provide towels, toiletries and starter consumables. A crib/Pack ’n Play is available at every home. SeaHorsin Around also has a high chair; Dancing Bear and Beachside Bliss have baby gates. Bring personal favorites and extra supplies you may need for a longer stay. Contact us before arrival to confirm equipment for your family’s needs.

- Beachside Bliss · Destin, Florida: ocean-view townhouse with a shared private beach entrance across the road. Bedrooms are upstairs.
- SeaHorsin Around · Crystal Beach, Texas: two king bedrooms, bunk room and fenced yard, for up to 10 guests. The raised living level is reached by exterior stairs.
